International Happiness Day is observed every year on March 20. In the year 2013, the United Nations General Assembly started celebrating International Happiness Day by passing a resolution.

At present, some people find it difficult to be happy. But today you yourself will be happy about such habits, using which you will always be happy.

  • Be with positive people

According to researchers, if you have a good and happy friend, then it increases your chances of being happy by almost nine percent. You should thus try to surround yourself with optimistic individuals as often as you can. If you feel low, then you should contact a friend or colleague who generally has a positive attitude. There are mirror neurons in our brains that actually copy other people’s words; in this way, you should always be with positive-thinking people.

  • Spend more time with family and friends

Having friends can save your life. It is believed that if you do not socialize, it can be considered bad for you. It can be considered as bad as smoking cigarettes for 15 days and worse than obesity for health. No matter how busy you are, you should stay in touch with the people you care about.
