  • Photograph: The photograph should be in color, and the file size should be between 20 KB to 50 KB. The size of the photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
  • Signature: The signature should be on white paper only. And the size of the file should be between 10 kb to 20 kb only. The dimensions of the signature should be 4.0 cm (width) x 3.0 cm (height).
