The fourth match of India vs Pakistan, Women’s World Cup T20 World Cup 2023 between India and Pakistan was played at Newlands Cape Town on 12 February. Pakistan pronounced to bat first after winning the toss. Batting first, Pakistan won the toss and scored 149 runs for four wickets in 20 overs. India successfully completed the target by losing 3 wickets in 19 overs.

It was the 10th half-century in Jemima’s T20 career.

Jemima was adjudged player of the match Jemima remained unbeaten on 53 runs in 38 balls and Richa remained unbeaten on 31 runs in 20 balls in which Jemima Rodrigues hit 8 fours in her innings while Richa hit 5 fours in her innings. There was an unbeaten 58-run partnership which gave Team India a resounding victory.

Jemima Rodrigues scored an unbeaten 53 off 38 balls in which she hit 8 fours in an inning that completely turned the match around where the match would not be in India’s favor. Player of the match was chosen Richa scored an unbeaten 31 runs in 20 balls, and hit 5 fours in her innings, in this way both of them remained unbeaten during the fourth wicket and established a partnership of 58 runs, which helped Team India to win a resounding victory.

Pakistan has given a big target

Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first which they scored 149 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 20 overs. Pakistan captain Bhishma Maro scored an unbeaten 68 runs in 55 balls and in the end, young Ayesha Naseem scored 40 runs in 25 balls. He played an inning of 3, he took his 3 to a good score that the innings of Pakistan’s batsmen faded in front of Team India’s Richa and Jemima.

Captain Harpreet Kaur played 16, Yashika Bhatia 17 and Shefali Verma played 33 balls.
